Was in the CCK library again today. For those who have not seen my previous entries... I'm pretty much of a book worm.
Anyway, as I entered CCK library today, something caught my eye. It was located at the pamphlet/magazine stand near the counter.
A nomination form for outstanding Youth in Education Award. It gives recognition to young teachers. Finally something to credit young teachers instead of crediting experienced ones all the time.
Nothing wrong with older teachers, they are respectable and role models for young teachers like me to learn from. However, we younger teachers do need some motivation and encourgement to keep going. Many teachers are quitting the service to take on other jobs.
Those interested to nominate your favourite young teachers. (under 30 years old) you can get a form from the library or online
