Today, we have another fierce battle against RGPS. Roaring at the spectator stand were our sports leaders. Their loud and earth-shaking cheering struck fear in the hearts of our opponent. The basketball team is gratefully for their presence and support in this crucial game.

For the players, it was a sweet "vengeance" against RGPS, after suffering the "unexpected" defeat, the last time these two teams met in the quarter finals.

With a close margin of 22-21, the girls rejoiced this victory and created a new history in DLSS as the first DLS basketball team to achieve a National placing -3rd.

I'm proud of my basketball girls. They have worked hard for 2 years, enduring my long, tiring trainings, striving to meet my high expectations and demands which are often coupled with fierce scoldings. They truely deserve the medal for all the effort put in.

Thank you Jesus for all the easy games and all the stressful moments. The battle was always Yours. Your mighty hand and great love have ensured that we emerged as the victor each time. (expecially the 3 games that we won by only a point.)
